This project in Los Angeles, CA. was a courtyard with a rotting waterproofing system that was torn out, prepped well and was waterproofed with the Elastomeric waterproofing system. The texture here had a smooth finish and a beautiful diamond design with a boarder all around. Below this courtyard is a car garage that had leaking problems with the old waterproofing system.
